This programme will provide youth and adults the ability to adopt changes and learn new skills in accordance with the new demands posed by globalisation. With the increased use of information and communication technology (ICT) in the field of learning and the rapid day-to-day transformation of learning methodologies, the ODL system has great scope for preparing learners to be lifelong learners.
Objectives of the Programme
1) To create capacity-building in adult/non-formal/ lifelong learning areas.
2) To help learners to become lifelong learners and learn new skills in accordance with the new demands posed by globalisation.
3) To enable the lifelong learning functionaries using ODL methods and strategies.
